I use the Cherry Limeade and it tastes really good it's almost like drinking juice with 700ml of water. Now in it's Canadian form the macro are a bit wonky which is why I stack the All Out with the Ghost Pump watermelon and while it is expensive I'd say with a Canadian Serving of the All Out(Half scoop) with a scoop of the ghost Pump you just about get the full yield of the All out with out the ~600mg of caffeine which is just insane the US version is 500mg of caffeine. It is expensive to stack All out with pump but All out does go on sale a ton. I go 5 days so I get about 8 Weeks of servings which is good enough for me
I do have to wonder why Ghost cannot just give us a Canadian scooper because without half scooping the servings is actual 20 and half scoops is 40. Servings is true to its claim I think I got 42 half scoops. The Major downside is I'm an early bird so if I ever go to the gym at night past 7 and I drink this the All out prevents me from being able to sleep. Other than that ghost has the best taste ever the energy is potent and you have to be careful. Even a Full scoop of All out doesn't give you the sick feeling other brands give you with the high dosage of caffeine.
