Its creatine. A scoop is a scoop, so that's fine. But the batch I have has a strange chemical taste. I bought it a while ago so I don't think I can exchange. If you experience that same taste/smell, I recommend taking it with juice or something. Helps mask the taste. Other than that its fine. I wouldn't buy it again simply because of the taste. But if there is nothing else available, it'll do.

Creatine is an amino acid which gives it the weird vinegary, sour taste sometimes.
