Finally, a Creatine That Doesn’t Upset My Stomach

After years of trying different creatine brands and dealing with bloating, cramps, and diarrhea—even at very low doses—I was close to giving up entirely. PVL 100% Creapure completely changed that.

Recommended by Dr. Stacy Sims, Creapure is known for being gentler on digestion, and it truly delivers. I noticed zero GI issues within days. It dissolves easily, has no taste, and fits seamlessly into my routine.

I typically take 5 g daily and increase to 10 g when I’m sleep-deprived or need extra mental clarity—without any digestive discomfort. I’ve seen real benefits in energy, strength during training, and focus. Finding it at Popeye’s at a reasonable price was the cherry on top.

If you’ve struggled with creatine in the past, this one is absolutely worth trying. I won’t be switching.
