Not Good for Lactose Intolerance

I chose a Casein protein powder because it is better for lactose intolerance but this one still has something in it that upsets my digestive track. I have to switch back to Optimum Nutrition Casein since it contains just Micellar Casein and that seems to work for me.

Otherwise it was good, the vanilla flavour is very subtle so it would be good for mixing with other ingredients.

Parfait

Le gout chocolat est vraiment très bon ! Je la prends comme dessert le soir après mon repas tellement le goût est gourmand :D Ne mousse pas et se dilue correctement

Another Great Biox Product

Another great product from Biox, and another great recommendation from the folks at Popeye's! Mixes well and is thick and filling. I usually mix it with water and drink it about 30 minutes before bedtime. Could almost be used as a meal replacement.
