Best Value and Great Taste

I love this Whey Protein! Fantastic value when purchased at Popeye's (6LB bag), mixes super-easy and tastes fantastic. Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl are my favorites. And the cherry on the sundae is it's Canadian product.

Not happy with it

Strong bloating after this protein, fart is terrible.

Maybe it’s my individual body specific, but I can’t recommend this stuff. Never had any problems with the Gold Standard. But banana cream is really good flavor.

Hello Max, thank you for leaving a review and a comment. What you review sounds like you might be developing a lactose intolerance. The Bio-X complex contains a lot of lactose since it's a mix of whey with isolate. I would recommend trying a complete isolated protein.
