We don't think it's too controversial to say that greens are probably good for us. After all, they’re associated with things like reduced heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduced chances of obesity, and more.
But, rather than get all the greens we need in a day, most of us tend to just get one. Like broccoli (delicious) or some salad, but the salad is just lettuce, which is just not enough variety.
