Gloves & Belts
Lifting heavy is great. But you still need your hands and spine once the gym is done. Or, you could be in need of some help with your grip, making sure your hands dont drop the weight when you arent supposed to - especially with you under them… ouch.
So, the best idea if you’re going to go heavy is to get the protection your body needs in the form of Gloves and Belts. Unless you’re a squid. They don't have hands OR spines.
