At Popeye's Supplements, you can purchase our products the way you want. Of course, you can always shop at one of our locations across the country.

Hop over to the My Account section at the very top of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. You will then be able to view your order history.
Once you place an order on our website, you will be able to select the Shipping method right before proceeding with your payment: in-store pick-up or shipping.
Regarding the in-store pick-up option, the website will show the three nearest stores to you, in an 80 km radius, which currently have the desired product in stock.
If thein-store pick-up option doesn’t show, it means that one or all requested products are not available within an 80 km radius.
Please note: We cover free shipping up to a value of $15. If shipping fees exceed $15, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs on their order. Our customer service team will reach out to you if this is the case.
Delivery is available across Quebec and the Maritimes.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours of processing before your order is shipped. Some products may be temporarily out of stock or delayed. We apologize, rest assured that your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

If an item is missing in your order, please contact our customer service support through email. Our team will then proceed to analyze your request and follow up with you within the next five business days.

For everyone's safety, we are temporarily refusing returns on purchases made after March 25, 2020, due to COVID-19.

Once your cart has reached the amount of $125 before tax, a banner will appear at the top of the page, which will enable you to pick a gift.
Please note: if you are eligible and the banner doesn't appear, you can refresh your Internet browser. If that still does not work, you can place your order and immediately forward us your order number and the gift you’ve chosen. This can be done via live chat or by email at info@web.shoppopeyes.com.
Hurry up, as your gift can only be added to your order if it has not shipped yet.
In order to find it online, you can search the desired product using categories or brands. Make sure you have entered the product name correctly. If you still can’t find the product, click here to see all of our brands available.
You can also use the live chat to let us know which product you are looking for. Some in-store products might not be available on the website! A sales associate will be able to check the availability of the product with you!
Gifts cards purchased in store can unfortunately not be used to make online orders.
The answer to this problem: if you wish to get your order delivered, we invite you to call your local Popeye’s store to place an order by phone. The sales associate will be able to process your payment using the gift card over the phone and schedule the delivery of your order.
Otherwise, you can always buy your products directly in store.
If you hold a specific promo code, you must enter it in the designated promotional code field during checkout. The discount will be applied towards the total amount.
For now, you will need to call the store in order to have your products delivered. You will be able to place your order and handle the payment process, just as you would do online, while enjoying your discount.
