Its creatine. A scoop is a scoop, so that's fine. But the batch I have has a strange chemical taste. I bought it a while ago so I don't think I can exchange. If you experience that same taste/smell, I recommend taking it with juice or something. Helps mask the taste. Other than that its fine. I wouldn't buy it again simply because of the taste. But if there is nothing else available, it'll do.

I've had a lot of problems with other creatines because of the flavor, but this one doesn’t really have a taste and its easy to swallow
