HMB (Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methybutyrate) is a metabolite of the anabolic amino acid L-Leucine. HMB is an effective, natural muscle builder when combined with high intensity exercise. HMB 3.0 was specifically formulated to allow you to train harder than before, recover better, and build muscle.

Recommended Dose:
Adults take 2 tablets twice per day. Take 2 tablets prior to training and 2 tablets immediately after training. On non-training days, take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening.

Works well!

I’m 72 years old. I noticed a few years ago I was losing muscle faster than I liked. I did some research (medically backed).

I started taking HMB, along with creatine and protei that I’d been already taking.

It’s work, but I am still building strength at 72.

I can do 20+ pushups at once and am back up to 3 chinups and climbing. Rather than heavy weights I do supersets with lighter weights. Good stuff!
