Helps calm me down and sleep much better

I was skeptical about whether this would actually work, as nothing I've tried in the past has helped me to sleep. But several of my family members who are taking this convinced me to try it, and I'm glad I did.

To be clear, it's not some magic pill that knocks me out the second I take it. In fact, it's not even super obvious, because you just start to feel more relaxed after taking a serving. I feel like I have less thoughts bombarding my mind, and, as cliche as it sounds... I feel more zen! I'm then able to fall asleep much easier.

Regarding the taste, well, it's not awesome. But I've had worse. It's got a kind of a chemical-sweet taste to it, but the amount you take is quite small, so it's not as bad as it could be.

All in all I think it's worth a try if you've tried everything else.

Effets reçus totalement contraire aux attentes

J'ai acheté ce produit pour améliorer la qualité de mon sommeil. Je l'ai pris en soirée 1-2h avant d'aller dormir. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit! Mon esprit était plus éveillé que jamais, plein d'idées et de visions. J'avais tellement d'énergie... Les effets étaient intéressants, mais pas du tout appropriés pour l'objectif de dormir plus profondément. Je vais expérimenter avec le produit en journée, car il semble pouvoir augmenter mon énergie et mon imagination dramatiquement. Mais pour la relaxation et le sommeil profond.. c'est raté.

Ça fonctionne vraiment pour moi plus calme sans être amorphe et plus d’énergie parce que je dors beaucoup mieux une demi dose avant le dodo
