je mélange avec yogourt grec, lait d'amande et un peu de stevia dans le shaker

J'aime l'idée que ce soit avec bone broth

je débute donc aucune idée sur les résultats mais je devais mettre une cote alors j'ai mis 5 car j'y crois

Enfin une protéine que je suis capable de digérer

Se n’est pas parce que je n’aimais pas les protéines ISO et WHEY mais à chaque fois que j’en prenais c’était le mal de coeur assuré. On m’a proposé la protéine de Bœuf et voilà enfin je peux maintenant me faire des Shake sans avoir de brulements d’estomac et mal de coeur!
