Good to get your essential fats from if you don't get enough from eating your foods! You can cook your eggs in, add in greek yogurt, etc.

I use PVl MCT oil every day to supplement my diet. I add 1Tb to my Greek yogurt to get in my essential fats. If I don’t have my Greek yogurt meal, i take a tablespoon by itself, Never miss a day!
