Une belle alternative au shake de protéines régulier, j'adore le fait de pouvoir doser ma quantité de saveur et surtout de sucre. Je trouve qu'un scoop c'est un peu trop sucré au goût et j'aime beaucoup le fait de pouvoir couper de moitié ou de ne pas l'ajouter du tout à mes protéines.
