Good at first

So the first 5 or 6 nights, this product had me sleeping better than I have in a long time. But being you have to mix with a fair amount of water, I'd wake up having to pee which is an issue with a sleep aid. The taste is great for the peach. Cherry is OK. Then after those first few nights, I'd wake up after 3-4 hours being WIRED and I'd be up for 2-4 hours and end up falling back to sleep if I didn't need to get up or extremely tired and falling asleep trying to do menial tasks because I couldn't fall back to sleep after waking to pee.

Reve etrange

Je sais pas ce qui a dans ce produit mais je fais des reves tres bizarre… j’ai demander a mes garcons d’essayer le produit et eux aussi font des reves vraiments weird mais en general le produit aide au sommeil. Le produit est tres sucré.

Le GABA à l'intérieur du produit est le neuro-inhibiteur le plus puissant qu'on produit.
Il crée souvent des rêves assez spéciaux à cause du degré élevé de désinhibition :)

It Works!

I have tried many sleep aids over the years, and this by far has worked the best for me. I was very skeptical when I first tried it, but it consistently does the trick. I am usually unable to keep my eyes open 30 minutes after I have this.

The only downside is sometimes I have to pee during the night, as you have to drink this with water. I recommend using the smallest amount of water possible. I also recommend not eating for 2 hours before bedtime and consuming this 30 minutes before you plan on falling asleep.

I have only tried the peach flavor so far and it is really good. I am not sure if I will try the other flavors, I have a hard time believing either of them can beat peach.

J'adore ce produit !

Pendant longtemps, j'ai éprouvé des difficultés avec mon sommeil. J'utilise maintenant le Amino Zzz depuis quelques mois déjà et la qualité de mon sommeil s'est grandement amélioré. En plus, c'est un produit local et les saveurs sont excellentes! Je recommande fortement d'en faire l'essai !

Après avoir essayer les 3 saveurs, elles ont bon goûts. Ce produit m'a vraiment apporté une aide a m'endormir plus rapidement et plus profondément (quelque rêves étranges en prime!) Je me réveille sans somnolence et je sens avoir bien récupéré mon énergie.
