How to Use
Take 1 scoop, once per day.
Start with a loading phase of 20 g per day (4 scoops) for 5–7 days, followed by a maintenance phase of 5 g/day (1 scoop).
For best results, divide the 20 g into four 5 g servings throughout the day.
