Ça semble fonctionner!

Le produit semble fonctionner! J'ai remarqué, comme plusieurs, une légère prise de poids au début, qui est conséquente avec la rétention d'eau que crée le produit.

Petit bémol: le produit ne se dissout vraiment pas bien. Je n'ai pas encore essayé dans une boisson chaude, mais froid ou tiède, il faut vraiment bien le brasser et boire le liquide lorsque la poudre est en suspension si on ne veut pas se ramasser avec de la poudre dans le fond, comme un verre de quik qui se serait mal mélangé.

La créatine monohydrate est très difficile à dissoudre dans n'importe quel liquide malheureusement.
Je te recommande de la boire dans les 5 minutes suivant le moment qu'elle touche le liquide puisque ça devient de la créatinine, un déchet de créatine, après ce temps.

Pure Creatine

I just finished my loading phase and into the 5g daily.

I did notice some weight gain (4-5lbs) as predicted. My diet hasn’t changed in 3 years. This stuff works great. I definitely have more pumps in me during my workout.

I mix it with my protein shake after my workout.

Would recommend it to anyone looking to add more definition to the muscle mass.
