Suggested Use
- Under 60 minutes: Optional
- 60 minutes to 3 hours: 1 gel every 45–60 minutes
- High intensity / racing: 1 gel every 30–45 minutes (up to 2–3 per hour)
- Caffeine gel: Take ~60 minutes before peak effect is needed
