Les acides aminés essentiels ne peuvent pas être produits dans le corps et doivent être consommés. Les AAE sont composés de 9 acides aminés essentiels, dont les acides aminés à chaîne ramifiée (leucine, isoleucine, valine) et les 6 autres AAE (histidine, lysine, méthionine, phénylalanine, thréonine, tryptophane). Les acides aminés sont les éléments constitutifs des protéines. C'est pourquoi les AAE sont essentiels à la synthèse des protéines pour construire le tissu musculaire !

Fantastic!

I have always loved Believe Supplements, and when I got my hands on this I was so excited. By far one of the best powders I have ever tried. Delicious flavour, and no “chunks” floating. Mixes well even just into my daily work water. 15/10!

Not great for Grape flavour

The flavour is just awful compared to other grape flavours like A Cuts. Won’t purchase again hopping it at least does what it should. Just mixing it with my vanilla protein and fruit to try and mask the flavour
