I have had many preworkouts before, ryse, ghost, altrd state, batch, and i mean it when i say rule 1 is singlehandely the best pre ive ever experienced, insane pumps, insane itch, insane lock in. good taste, all around beautifully elegant pre, highly recommend

Very good overall Pre-Workout
For those who prioritize MENTAL FOCUS and STIMULANT effect, this is a TOP CHOICE. Moderate for pumps, but very good focus and 'energy'.
Not too sweet either. NO CRASH, and long lasting.

Pre lift, Black cherry lime
Was recommended this over my usual ( batch27 ). I tried it twice, Flavor is bad, overly sweetened. it gives a fair pump but its a waste for me I wont be using it. Stick to batch 27
