INGREDIENTS

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15-20 min 

1/2 Cup  Date puree
1/2 Cup Unsweetened applesauce
1 Ripe mashed banana
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1 Tsp Baking soda
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1/2 Cup ATP Organic Vegan Blend
1/2 Cup Quinoa flakes
1/4 Cup Chia seeds
1/4 Cup Dark chocolate chips
1 Scoop ATP Organic Grens & reds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine date puree, applesauce, banana and egg.
  2. Add vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Mix and wait for an emulsion.
  4. Spoon onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.
