INGREDIENTS
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15-20 min
1/2 Cup | Date puree |
1/2 Cup | Unsweetened applesauce |
1 | Ripe mashed banana |
1 | Egg |
1 Tbsp | Vanilla extract |
1 Tsp | Baking soda |
1 Tbsp | Baking powder |
1/2 Cup | ATP Organic Vegan Blend |
1/2 Cup | Quinoa flakes |
1/4 Cup | Chia seeds |
1/4 Cup | Dark chocolate chips |
1 Scoop | ATP Organic Grens & reds |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine date puree, applesauce, banana and egg.
- Add vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Mix and wait for an emulsion.
- Spoon onto a baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.
